Mattley and FILOALFA AlfaOmnia -

Mattley e AlfaOmnia

A few days ago Mattley Artigiano Digitale decided to meet Giaco Whatever's challenge of creating an object starting from a single 100 * 20 * 1.8 cm wooden board, the #oneboardproject.

The only limitation of the challenge is to use a single table, using all the available craftsmanship technologies.
After shaping and assembling all the wooden parts, Mattley used the 3d printer to create an under-counter container for objects and two supports for a shelf, using AlfaOmnia carbon fiber filament by FILOALFA®.

A filament as resistant as steel

This is how AlfaOmnia is defined by Mattley which, thanks to the particular formulation based on carbon fibers, is able to withstand important mechanical stresses. This makes AlfaOmnia the ideal technical filament for metal replacement while remaining printable with most 3d printers on the market.
